Goonbag Jelly Brooch
Designed as part of our collaboration with Australia's Queen of Cakes Katherine Sabbath, and inspired by one of her real creations, this limited-run Goonbag Jelly Brooch is a nod to our Australian homage! This sweet wearable art piece has been hand-assembled from the most deliciously vibrant bubble and glitter resins, complete with etched detailing.
43mm x 61mm (H x W)
DESIGN STORY
“This creation is inspired by a cheeky backyard cocktail known as a ‘Goon Sunrise’. For the uninitiated, ’Goon’ is cheap boxed wine (aka ‘chateau cardboard’), a 1965 Aussie invention and cultural icon. The drink is fab, but the Jelly is both easy on the eye and on the palate!”
